4. 新勱德仿制裝置規(guī)避了原研的專利限制，在保持與原研產(chǎn)品相同空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)機(jī)理的情況下，形成了新的設(shè)計(jì)和專利。
The generic device developed by Singmed circumvents the patent restrictions of the novel product, incorporating an innovating design and gaining our own patent while maintaining the same aerodynamic mechanism as the original product.
