本機(jī)適用于制藥廠針劑安瓿瓶、西林瓶、口服液瓶等藥用玻璃瓶和不銹鋼工器具的干熱滅菌烘箱，具有升溫快、熱分布均勻、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡單等特點(diǎn)。該設(shè)備用于對清洗后的穩(wěn)定材料、物品采用連續(xù)式的高溫循環(huán)空氣方式進(jìn)行滅菌除熱原，將物品放入干熱滅菌柜內(nèi)，啟動PLC可編程序控制系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)工作、加熱、干燥箱迅速升溫。在內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)作用下，干熱空氣通過耐高溫高效過濾器進(jìn)入箱體，在層流孔板調(diào)節(jié)作用下形成一個(gè)均勻分布空氣向箱體內(nèi)傳遞，干燥空氣吸收物品表面的水分，進(jìn)入加熱通道蒸發(fā)排出、干空氣在風(fēng)機(jī)作用下定向循環(huán)流動。干燥結(jié)束后進(jìn)入恒溫滅菌階段，此階段設(shè)備不再向外界排風(fēng)，通過250℃的熱風(fēng)進(jìn)行45min的干熱滅菌過程，時(shí)間到達(dá)后，過程控制完畢。開啟送風(fēng)強(qiáng)制冷卻，聲光提示開門。在正常情況下無菌間門在滅菌程序結(jié)束達(dá)到冷卻點(diǎn)70℃時(shí)可開門（冷卻點(diǎn)溫度可設(shè)定，一般冷卻點(diǎn)溫度在60-80℃）。
