上海工搪化工設(shè)備有限公司（原上海工業(yè)搪瓷廠）是專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)搪玻璃設(shè)備的企業(yè)，是全國(guó)最早生產(chǎn)搪玻璃設(shè)備的企業(yè)之一，至今已有六十多年歷史。本公司是中國(guó)化工裝備協(xié)會(huì)理事，搪玻璃專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)搪瓷協(xié)會(huì)工業(yè)搪瓷分會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)防腐蝕協(xié)會(huì)理事單位。本公司還參加了中國(guó)農(nóng)藥協(xié)會(huì)，是化工裝備專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)理事單位。
上海工搪化工設(shè)備有限公司具有壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)許可證，壓力容器制造許可證，2004年通過(guò)了ISO9001:2008質(zhì)量認(rèn)證, 企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立了嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量保證體系，由于SGT的制造基地位于江蘇省宜興市，并接受江蘇省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門(mén)駐廠監(jiān)檢。
為實(shí)現(xiàn)高效管理，減少公司運(yùn)作成本，目前上海工搪化工設(shè)備有限公司采用集中式的“扁平化”管理模式，以符合目前采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)在宜興，設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)和銷(xiāo)售在上海總部的運(yùn)營(yíng)形態(tài)。
工廠位于宜興芳橋鎮(zhèn)，距離上海180公里，土地面積120畝，一期建筑面積22000平方米，國(guó)內(nèi)全行業(yè)單一生產(chǎn)廠房，并參照國(guó)外生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，合理的布局，使所有產(chǎn)品在單一廠房?jī)?nèi)生產(chǎn)。
公司還聘請(qǐng)了德國(guó)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，引進(jìn)國(guó)外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，進(jìn)一步提高企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理。
本公司主要生產(chǎn)50L~25000L開(kāi)式搪玻璃反應(yīng)罐、600L~50000L閉式搪玻璃反應(yīng)罐，貯罐、蒸發(fā)器、蒸餾罐、冷凝器、換熱器及塔節(jié)等。并可配置閥門(mén)、管道、快速測(cè)溫器及各種攪拌器、單端面和雙端面機(jī)械密封。設(shè)計(jì)壓力從0.25Mpa到1.58Mpa，可以為用戶(hù)設(shè)計(jì)并制造二類(lèi)壓力容器(壓力<10Mpa)及搪玻璃非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型產(chǎn)品。本公司研制的“耐酸耐堿低溫?zé)Y(jié)搪瓷”曾獲得過(guò)國(guó)家科委發(fā)明三等獎(jiǎng)、本公司開(kāi)發(fā)的“搪玻璃片式冷凝器”曾獲得過(guò)上海市優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品二等獎(jiǎng)、1000L搪玻璃反應(yīng)罐獲得輕工業(yè)部?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品獎(jiǎng)、“新型搪玻璃面釉”獲得過(guò)上海市科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)、輕工業(yè)部科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)、“大容量搪玻璃反應(yīng)罐”獲得過(guò)上海市優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品三等獎(jiǎng)等。公司新開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)質(zhì)耐酸瓷釉，運(yùn)用冷噴技術(shù)，越來(lái)越受到用戶(hù)的歡迎，同時(shí)正在開(kāi)發(fā)優(yōu)質(zhì)耐堿瓷釉和耐高溫瓷釉。

SGT Glass-Lined Equipment Co., Ltd （predecessor is Shanghai Industrial Glass-Lined Factory） is a professional and one of the earliest enterprises of manufacturing glass lined equipment, so far, more than sixty years of history. The SGT Company is the executive directors of Chinese Chemical Industry Equipment Society, the deputy director unit of Porcelain Glass Specialized Committee, associate director of China porcelain Association Industrial enamel branch, council members of China Corrosion Protection Association. Besides, SGT company also join in China Pesticide Association, is the vice council members of Chemical equipment Specialized Committee.
SGT has the Design License of Pressure Vessels and Manufacture License of pressure vessels. In 2004, SGT passed the ISO9001:2008 quality certification, a strict quality assurance system is established in the enterprise and accept the factory inspection carried by Jiangsu Province Quality and Technical Supervision Department as SGT manufacturing base is located in Yixing city of the province.
In order to achieve efficient management, reduce operating costs of the company, nowadays SGT is using centralized "flat" management mode to accord with the operation form of the purchase Dept. and the manufacture Dept. in Yixing manufacturing, but the design Dept., the R&D Dept. and the sales Dept. in Shanghai headquarter.
The work shop Located in Yixing Fang Qiao Town, 180 kilometers away from Shanghai. The land area is 120 mu, and the first construction area is 22000 m³. Our main products is 50L~25000L AE glass-lined reactors, 600L~50000L CE glass-lined reactor, storage tanks, evaporators, distillers, condensers , heat exchangers, tower sections, etc. We also configure valves, piping, thermometers with quick response temperature tip and various agitators, single or double mechanical seals. Design pressure from 0.25MPa to 1.58mpa, we can design and manufacture second category of pressure vessels (pressure < 10Mpa) and non-standard GL product. The “Low temperature sintering of acid and alkali resistant enamel” that our company researched and manufactured had won the third-prize of The State Science and Technology Commission, the “GL chip condenser” that our company developed had won the second-prize of Shanghai science and Technology Progress Award, the 1000L GL reactor had won the quality products Award of the Ministry of light industry, the “new GL cover coat” had won the third-class of science and Technology Progress Award of Shanghai Municipality and the Ministry of Light Inductry, “Large capacity GL reactor” had won the third-prize of Shanghai outstanding new product award, etc.. Our company developed a new acid resisting enamel with high quality and using cold spray technology, that is become more and more popular with users. In the same time, we are developing high quality alkali resistant enamel and high temperature resistant enamel.
